Trial setting for Samantha Luna's case was scheduled this morning. She stood silently in court. Her attorney, William Panzer, asked Judge Kaleb Cockrum when motions should be filed.
Trial confirmation is on June 24. Jury trial is July 15. Deputy District Attorney Jessica Acosta is the prosecutor for this case.
