Murder and homicide suspect Richard Dean's jury trial scheduled for April 22 has been vacated. Defense requested a continuance at trial confirmation. It was granted.
Setting of Jury trial is scheduled for 4/25.
The prosecutor on the case is Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads. Dean's attorney is Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin.
