Intervention was scheduled today for Abdiel Parras Sosa. When the courtroom opened, Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm said all charges against Abdiel Parras Sosa were dismissed in the interest of justice. People reserve "the right to refile if the evidence changes." Abdiel Parras Sosa's attorney is Mr. Russ Clanton.
Charges against his co-defendant Ariel Sosa who has absconded still remain. Both were charged with alleged possession and transportation of cocaine and meth.
