Yet, another delay and continuance in Patrick McTigue's case

Intervention was scheduled yesterday for former building and planning department employee Patrick McTigue. His preliminary hearing for March 5 was vacated at the request of his attorney, Mr. Neal Sanders. Setting of preliminary hearing is scheduled on March 15.

At the last hearing, the case was going to resolve but after Deputy District Attorney A. J. Kamada spoke with the victims, he told the Court that it was not a "fair plea."
