Intervention for convicted sex offender Justin Strauhal was scheduled on February 7. Another interventon is scheduled for February 11.
Preliminary hearing scheduled for February 13 "remains set for now." That could change as the defense plans to file a motion.
Motion to compel discovery is scheduled for February 14. Defense applied for a funding order on February 6. That funding order was granted.
Strauhal is charged with 9 felony counts of sex with a minor. Incidents with two alleged victims include sex acts on mom's bed and at aunt's house.
