This is one big reason for continuance after continuance in a small rural county Court system


What happens in a small, rural county Court when you have frequent offenders getting arrested again and again, and in quite a few cases, the victims are defendants or vice versa?



What happens in a small, rural county Court when most defendants need public defenders and conflicts arise?

What happens in a small, rural county Court when both local public defender offices cannot be appointed and you need a private attorney?

There aren't too many private attorneys that accept appointments locally and those who do get paid $65.

It creates challenges for scheduling and in custody clients with no time waivers.
