Second time David Bernard Anderson has been arrested for human trafficking

He was arraigned yesterday for violation of parole. Today, he was arraigned on the other charges, including human trafficking.

Still waiting on Eureka Police Department for the booking photo I requested yesterday.

This was the response from EPD Captain Patrick O'Neill:

"Due to the delicate nature of this investigation a press release and suspect picture release for this case will be completed at a later time.  Additionally, the investigation is ongoing and involves multiple agencies.  Each agency has to approve of the press release when the time arrives. "
