Johnny Joseph Fitzgerald arrested for criminal threats, probation violation, vandalism and other charges

Johnny Joseph Fitzgerald was arrested yesterday by Eureka Police Department and booked into the Humboldt County Jail last night.

EPD's Suzanne Owsley said, " On 12/5/18 at 8:50 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 2900 block of California Street for a family disturbance call."

"At the scene, officers arrested Johnny Joseph Fitzgerald, 27, of Eureka on the following charges: PC 422 PC Criminal Threats, PC 148(a)(1),  Obstruction of Public Officer, PC1203.2    Probation Violation, PC 594 (b)(2) Vandalism and
H&S 11550 (A) Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance"

Fitzgerald has 10 cases listed in the Humboldt Superior Court system.
