Trial setting was scheduled December 12 for Ray Christie, dates will be set depending on the ruling of the 995 motion filed by Mr. Cognorno on January 7, one of Christie's attorneys.
Mr. Ken Bareilles, Christie's local attorney told me that the 995 motion is to dismiss all charges.
