Dylan Wilson, who allegedly grabbed and tried to assault a 12 year old on her way to school in Arcata, had intervention scheduled today. The original incident happened in September 2016. Wilson has been to Napa State, had his competency restored and still not had his preliminary hearing.
Intervention for Wilson was scheduled on April 3. A request was made by the defense today for further intervention to be set. That is now scheduled for April 10.
Wilson had his preliminary hearing scheduled on March 26. At the last court hearing, the defense mentioned a motion to continue. Preliminary was continued to April 12.
