Will David Kobak's case resolve today or will the preliminary hearing be confirmed?

Further  intervention is scheduled for David Kobak this afternoon. There have been ongoing discussions between the People and defense about resolving the case.

Kobak is charged with the murder of Frederick Loftus. Preliminary confirmed for November 6.

    There's not too much about this guy. My guess its a roommate lovers spat and it want bad/argument ensued/violent verbal conversation/ and them BLAME. The victim's age is 20 years younger(?). This guy looks out of touch with reality so maybe an insanity plea with dementia as well.
