David Kobak preliminary hearing scheduled for November 6

Trial setting was scheduled for murder suspect David Kobak this morning. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 6.

  2. thank you, i remember reading that.
    just seems odd, he called the police after he shot the man, and waited for the police to come, and didn't resist the officers arresting him. seems he should get some credit for that behavior as opposed to LeMarcus Raekwon Martin who absconded after an attempted murder robbery, and had to be extradited back here to face charges.
    i think mr. martin, being involved with a theft and attempted murder crime against a stranger is more dangerous than mr. koback who killed his roommate.
    but i'm here to learn, and i am. cool.

  3. He shot his best friend of 40 years because he's a drunk piece of shit. Credit for his behavior? Would you eeel the same if that was YOUR father he shot? There was no physical altercation prior, it was cold blooded murder within 5 feet when he could have just walked out the door JD diffused the situation
