Cory Fisher's alleged sexual abuse preliminary vacated for October 4; scheduled for November 8

Cory Fisher had intervention scheduled at 9:45 a.m. today. Preliminary scheduled for October 4. That date was vacated.



A ten day waiver was entered today but not a 60 day waiver.

Intervention November 6 at 1:30.
Preliminary November 8 at 9:15.

New date at defense request.
