Desiree Henley has quite the court record and history; City of Eureka and EPD are basing their investigations on her word?

City of Eureka sent out a potentially libelous press release based on the allegation of Desiree Henley. EPD arrested Kattie Yocum for alleged arson of the Blue Heron based on the word of Henley.
In 2011, she was charged with Count 1 driving without a license and Count 2, not wearing a seatbelt. The case is closed. Court records did not indicate if she showed up or paid any fines or fees.

In 2012, she was charged for one charge of vandalism, a misdemeanor. She was sentenced. Fines and fees imposed.

She had two other cases in 2012. Both were dismissed. She was represented by Mr. Patrik Griego in both cases. Both charges were misdemeanors. One case was alleged battery on a non cohabitating partner. The other case was alleged assault on a non cohabitating partner.

In 2014, she was charged with violating a court order. That case was also dismissed. She was represented by Conflict Counsel.

In 2015, she was charged with three counts; she pleaded to Count 1 Reckless driving. The special allegation of refusal of a chemical test was dismissed. Count 2 Hit and run charge was dismissed. She was scheduled to pay or appear on 8/1017. She was placed on probation.

She has another traffic/infraction case from 2017. She is supposed to pay or appear on 9/18/17.

She was cited for camping in public for another 2017 case.

"I know neither of these individuals". Floyd Squires told me he does not know Yocum or Henley. I asked him about Henley's residential address mentioned by Yocum's attorney in court. He does not own that property; I had already checked with the assessor's office and they also stated he does not own that property.

At Yocum's hearing, after the defense brought up several points; Deputy District Attorney AJ Kamada said that he anticipates Henley will be arrested.
