The defense claimed they had not received the video.
Deputy DA Luke Bernthal said, "The people have provided all the video we have been provided. Any video that the police may have or that is out there, we also would like time to obtain and investigate. The victim has not returned my calls."
Intervention scheduled this morning for Harry Nuneviller. Preliminary hearing for his most recent arrest was scheduled for September 11 at 9:15. The defense requested and got a continuance. People did not object to the continuance. New intervention date is October 2. New preliminary date is October 4.
Nuneviller is charged with two felonies. Count 1 is Burglary. Count 2 is Grand theft of a firearm. Alleged victim in both cases is Jessica Ann Kennedy.
Other cases for alleged violation of probation are also scheduled.

Hummmm. Interesting that she posted the info and now is backing out. Is it the "fear factor", the hiding something and would rather not have the police come out to the house, or perhaps she just want this dude in trouble. Smells rather rancid I'm afraid.
