Elisha Wilson was arraigned today on a misdemeanor charge ; for battery. This is not for the most recent arrest on August 6. Not guilty plea, no time waiver, bail set at $10,000.
She kept talking to two women in the audience and was finally chastised by one the courtroom bailiffs.
Attempted murder charge for the incident on August has not been filed, yet.
Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield spoke with two women outside court and told them that she would probably be charged tomorrow for the Orick RV park incident.

On 8-06-2017 at around 6:24 P.M. the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office dispatch center received a report of a physical fight between two females at the Orick RV Park, 121381 US Highway 101 in the Town of Orick.
At around 6:39 p.m. another caller reported shots had been fired by one of the females. With the assistance of California State Parks Rangers, and California Highway Patrol Officers, Deputies were able to set up a perimeter. Eventually the two females were detained.
After interviewing numerous witnesses and obtaining physical evidence, it was determined that Elisha Wilson of Orick;had fired multiple rounds from a pistol at the female victim.
Fortunately the victim was not hit by the gunshots. Wilson was arrested for attempted homicide, Penal Code sections 664/187. After being treated at the hospital for self-inflicted injuries, Wilson was booked in the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for the aforementioned charges.
