Harry Nuneviller IV's arraignment is scheduled at 1:29 in Courtroom 2.
Nuneviller is charged with two felonies. Count 1 is Burglary. Count 2 is Grand theft of a firearm. Alleged victim in both cases is Jessica Ann Kennedy.
Two cases for alleged violation of probation, one from 2015 and one from 2016 are also scheduled.
Conflic Counsel's office appointed. Mr. Marek Reavis was present with Nuneviller at arraignment. OR/Bail waived without prejudice. Intervention September 7. Preliminary hearing September 11 at 9:15.
He has a previous conviction for a DUI in 2010; he plead guilty. In 2016, he plead guilty to a misdemeanor, driving on a suspended/revoked license. On 7/18/17, he failed to appear for a pre trial conference and had a bench warrant was issued.
