Elisha Wilson's preliminary hearing for attempted murder was scheduled for tomorrow.
Instead, there is a disposition and reset hearing scheduled for September 26 after intervention this morning.
Defense had wanted a continuance. Since Deputy DA Brent Kling was at the Katherine Zacevich preliminary hearing, Deputy DA Carolyn Schaffer appeared on his behalf.
The People had made an offer and an additional intervention hearing was scheduled for this morning in Courtroom 5 to see if Wilson would accept that offer.
Wilson is charged with Count 1 attempted murder; Count 2 assault with a firearm. Both counts have special allegations of using a firearm in the commission of a crime.
Alleged victim is Valerie Ann Hasier.
Deputy District Brent Kling is prosecuting the case. Deputy Public Defender Meagan O'Connell is representing Wilson.
