Kattie Rae Yocum denied release; preliminary for alleged arson of Blue Heron on September 5

Kattie Rae Yocum, aka Kattie Rae Byrd, was denied release on 8/25. She was arraigned on 8/23 on the charge of arson in the Blue Heron office fire.



Intervention for that case is scheduled for 8/31 at 9:45. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 5.

There is also a disposition and reset hearing for another case on 8/31 in which she is charged with two counts; Disorderly conduct under the influence of drugs and Obstructing and Resisting a Public Officer

Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees  is prosecuting the case. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is representing Yocum.
