Will attempted murder suspect Elisha Wilson's case resolve the day before her preliminary hearing?

The preliminary hearing for the case in which Elisha Wilson is charged with attempted murder  is expected to last an hour and half, said Deputy District Attorney Brent Kling
The People have three witnesses; "one is not law enforcement."

Dates remain set for now but that could change if Wilson accepts the People's offer.

While I know what the offer is; it was a  discussion between the two attorneys in court and not stated on the record. I am also not reporting it because the offer could change, if and before resolution of the case.

Intervention was scheduled this morning for Orick resident Elisha Wilson in Courtroom 5. There is another intervention scheduled for August 21st.
The preliminary hearing for Wilson's most recent arrest for attempted murder is scheduled for 8/22. Pre-trial for her battery case is also scheduled for 8/22; it is trailing the other case.

The alleged victim for the case in which Wilson is charged with battery is Diana Jean Newett.

In the Orick Park incident, the alleged victim is Valerie Ann Hasier. In that case,

Wilson is charged with Count 1 attempted murder; Count 2 assault with a firearm. Both counts have special allegations of using a firearm in the commission of a crime.

Deputy Public Defender Meagan O'Connell is representing Wilson.

No other media in court.
