HCSO Sgt. Allen was the only People's witness to testify at Katherine Zacevich's preliminary hearing this morning.
After he located Zacevich on the PG and E grounds, despite telling her twice to stop and talk to him, she didn't comply. The second time she yelled "Fuck you."
When he attempted to grab her right arm as she walked past him, she swung at him. Since she was still swinging at him, he puched her in the jaw.
Sgt. Allen described the struggle in trying to detain Zacevich and how she interfered with his efforts, which included preventing him from using his radio to get help. She tried to grab his taser, she grabbed his crotch.
Even his O.C. spray had no effect on her.
Took four or five officers to detain her, after she initially ran away from Sgt. Allen and was later discovered swimming in the slough.
There is surveilance footage of Zacevich crashing through the gate and her encounter with Sgt. Allen.
She is fully clothed before she enters the premises; she only had pants on when Sgt. Allen first encounteted her. By the time law enforcement found her swimming in the slough and detained her, she was completely naked. A bra and shirt were found near the Blue Cadillac that Zacevich owns and was located on PG and E grounds. There was a pocket knife in Zacevich's car.
