Suddenlink you should be proud to have employees like Jason and Raymond



Local Suddenlink techs, Jason and Raymond,  went beyond what was necessary to provide customer service. They were in the area troubleshooting some issues.

My wifi has been acting up for a few months and I just chalked it up to the usual connectivity issues on the North Coast.

I told the techs that I tried earlier to resolve the issue with tech support, over the phone.

They checked out my modem and the wiring; saw issues. Wires connected to my neighbor's house was part of the problem. They fixed the issue this evening, enough to get my wifi working again will come back to do some rewiring.
