After three reschedules, expert witness testimony finally gets underway today in Kade Chandler case
Kade Chandler's preliminary hearing rescheduled for February 6 got continued to March 28. That date was vacated and a special set was scheduled for today, March 29. This is the fifth day, with three reschedules and expert witness testimony finally proceeded today.
It continues tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 1.
Chandler is charged with Count 1 gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, alleged victim Kendra Lewis;Count 2 gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated; alleged victim Savannah Kindred and a special allegation of great bodily injury to Bradley Thueumler.
