BOLO for male suspect with angel wings on shirt who allegedly attacked woman with knife attached to a 9 foot pole


BOLO from EPD for white male adult, red baseball hat, black buttoned up shirt with angel wings on the back sought for alleged assault; suspect allegedly attacked woman with a knife attached to a nine foot pole. Suspect fled on foot.

Time sounded like 1500 hours on audio.

    this is pretty ease-idiot with 9' pole. probably one or two max in eureka under that description. Look out everyone!
