On 6/11, in CR2403294 felon and fugitive Joseph Larue had a preliminary hearing scheduled with a defense motion to continue which was granted. This is the third continuance requested by Larue's court appointed attorney, Mr. Joe Judge.
The hearing was rescheduled for 7/25. Judge Lawrence Killoran was disqualified per 170.1 CR2403293 and CR2500184 trailing.
