Mervin Lewis George III was supposed to be arraigned on Monday. Today, when I went to check on that case, the 6/23 date was vacated. Arraignment was advanced to this morning.
This was done very last minute because I checked on the case late Wednesday afternoon. The Courthouse and courts were closed yesterday.
At arraignment, Ms. Joanne Carter appeared for Mr. Michael Robinson. The case was scheduled in Courtroom 7 before Presiding Judge Kelly Neel. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees appeared on the case for the People.
Trial confirmation and setting scheduled for 7/22.
