Judge Canning takes St. Joe's demurrer under submission, Anna Nusslock's attorney did not file certain documents required by CA law with pro hac vice application

I have been regularly reporting on the lawsuit filed by Anna Nusslock against St. Joe's Providence. I have added today's court minutes and some screenshots of documents filed and an order signed by Judge Timothy Canning.

Summary of today's hearing is that Judge Canning will issue a ruling on St. Joe's demurrer. Judge Canning took the matter under submission.

The pro hac vice applications filed by Nusslock's attorneys were conditionally granted. Judge Canning informed Nusslock's attorneys that an affadavit needed to be filed with these applications and cited case law. The Court did not have those documents.

I already reported on California Attorney General Rob Bonta's motion on June 5. To access  all my coverage on this lawsuit, you can use the search feature on the blog.
