This is breaking news I just found out. I have reached out to Mr. Curtis Davis and he had no comment at that time. Mr. Davis as of Friday is now the former City of Eureka Deputy attorney.
I have contacted City of Eureka Manager Miles Slattery, Assistant City Manager and Clerk Pam Powell and City of Eureka Attorney Robert Black. Mr. Slattery confirmed, "Yes, Friday was Curtis’ last day."
In a court document filed on June 24, 2025 which not related to the City of Eureka in any way, it states Davis was terminated
