For those of you still interested in the one open lawsuit Jason Belt is involved in here is an update. On 12/6/24 in CV2300545 Nationwide Agribusiness Insurance Company vs Jason Belt & Cory Burrill, the Readiness Conference scheduled on that day as well as the Court trial for 12/9/24 was continued by the Court. Belt's attorney withdrew as counsel. He has yet to reyain a lawyer. Court trial was rescheduled for 7/14/25. In his other case, CV2300846, Darwin Mazur has a restraining order granted against Belt. I already reported that in that case, Belt's request to terminate the restraining order was denied.
Court documents filed April 2025 and June 2025:
7/14/25: Joint stipulation to continue trial. Trial assignment on 10/31/25; Court trial on 11/3/25.
10/31/25: Trial assignment, continued by stipulation to 11/3 for CMC.
11/3/25: Court trial continued. Ex parte hearing on 4/8/26 to set aside, vacate, defendant defective substitution of attorney.
