Carson Zhou Crossley has not learned his lesson. Once again, it was the Arcata Police Department that issued a warrant in November.
Crossley was arrested December 4 by HCSO on that warrant and booked for PC 245 (a)(4) assault likely to produce great bodily injury, PC 12022.7(a) great bodily injury enhancement and PC 243 (d) battery with serious bodily injury. The DA has already filed charges and arraignment is scheduled for 1/3/25. Bail at booking was $35,000. Carson posted bond.
I covered his February arrest by Arcata Police Department for public intoxication. Found another 2024 case which he resolved with a plea. This was from a January 2024 arrest by California Highway Patrol.
