Jared Michael Stamp was arrested yesterday by Eureka Police Department for PC 261(a)(2) rape and PC 220 (a) assault with the intent to commit a felony; specifically mayhem, rape, sodomy, oral copulation, or any violation of Section 264.1, 288, or 289.
