Convicted sex offender arrested again for domestic battery and violating a protective order

Convicted sex offender Joseph Arthur Titus was arrested by Eureka Police Department early a.m. today for PC 243 (e) (1) domestic battery and PC 273.6(a) violating a protective order.

I have reported on Titus since 2021. He has 11 cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system including a child support case and an unlawful detainer.
