Every defense lawyer in Humboldt going through this with repeat, criminal offenders before a plea or those defendants they are trying to help get treatment instead of jail or prison time. The same fools who then waste more time requesting Marsden hearings.

Evans was granted mental health diversion on 5/23/24. DeMontigny's case is still open. You can google the posts I did on Cravens and Dean.
