I was surprised to see convicted murderer Antone Aubrey's name on the court calendar yesterday.

Judge Timothy Canning ordered Aubrey's appearance via Zoom for the July hearing and in person for the August dates. Deputy District Attorney Ian Harris appeared in court for the People. Deputy Public Defender Emery Welton appeared on the case for the PD's office.
7/30/25: Readiness Conference continued by stipulation to 8/8. Deputy DA Jessica Watson appeared on the case. Petition hearing for outpatient treatment scheduled for 8/11, 8/12, 8/13.
