John Chiv: Waiting on documents from Fortuna School District causes another continuance in Gary Landergen's trial

Alleged molestor Gary Landergen's jury trial was continued once again. This time because Fortuna School District has not provided documents requested.

In my last post, I reported Landergen is no longer living in Humboldt.

5/20 date vacated. Trial assignment on 5/24; jury trial on 5/28.

5/24: Defense motion to continue due to new discovery granted. Time estimate is 3 weeks.5/28
date vacated. Trial assignment on 7/19; jury trial on
7/22.
