At her OR/bail hearing on 4/29, criminal proceedings were suspended in the two 2024 cases against former Humboldt Superior Court assistant operations manager Socorro Cervantes. Future dates were vacated. Dr. Rassi reports are due on 5/29.
I just did a post on April 25 on her two criminal cases and a third civil case with a restraining order. Whether she is found incompetent to stand trial or criminal proceedings are reinstated, I am not doing multiple posts on just several continuances. Updates for all three cases will be added to this post unless there is a significant development or court proceeding.
