Defense wins ruling regarding bite marks on Mia's forearm, psychotic breakdown ruling deferred

 

People rested their case and defense is now presenting evidence in the Daniel Dozier jury trial.

On 5/24, Judge Steven Steward deferred a ruling on psychotic breakdown but he ruled in favor of defense asking about bite mark on Mia Felder's forearm. On 5/28 Dozier testified and on 5/30 some issues raised about defense expert Dr Geoffrey Loftus' testimony.
