On 5/2, preliminary hearing was scheduled for Jeon Durr. It was continued by stipulation to 5/16 and offer made to resolve the case.
The DA's office charged Durr with PC 236 false imprisonment, PC 243(d) battery causing great boldily injury, PC 664/187(a) attempted murder and PC 273.5(a) corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant and added the toture charge later.
Deputy Conflict Counsel Owen Tipps is Durr's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Candace Myers was assigned to the case on 5/1.
