Cruz waiver denied, Jeon Durr resolves case and avoids conviction for attempted murder and torture

 


Jeon Durr resolved his case yesterday before his preliminary hearing. Sentencing is on 6/24. Durr's entered an open plea with the condition of probation. Judge Lawrence Killoran denied Durr's Cruz waiver request. Durr pleaded guilty to domestic violence, false imprisonment and special allegation of great bodily injury. Attempted murder, battery and torture charges were dismissed.



6/24: Judge Lawrence Killoran made finding to allow 3 years of probation. Criminal protective order for 10 years filed and served.
