I had mentioned former Deputy Public Defender Rory Kalin would be filing an appeal in his Humboldt Superior Court lawsuit

 

I said back in February 2024, former Deputy Public Defender Rory Kalin could file appeal. April 18, 2024 was the deadline and it has been filed.in California First Apellate District.
