On 5/23, in CV2400877 County of Humboldt vs Frederick Breckenridge, a TRO had been granted in part. A hearing in that case was continued to 7/23 "due to the criminal case and 5th amendment concerns, " according to Deputy County Counsel Thomas Chapin. Court minutes indicate Breckenridge asked that this hearing trail his criminal case. First District Supervisor Rex Bohn, the alleged victim was not present. County Counsel has two witnesses. TRO remains in effect.
Yesterday, in CV2400898 College of the Redwoods vs Frederick Breckenridge, there was no proof of service and no appearance by either party. The case was dismissed without prejudice and temporary orders previously granted have been vacated. Breckenridge posted bond on 5/30 and is out of custody.
7/23: County of Humboldt vs Frederick Breckenridge TRO case continued at Breckenridge's request to 8/27. Breckenridge asked it trail his criminal case which has a preliminary hearing scheduled for 8/21.
