John Chiv: Even though I already reported on both 995 motions in Brandon Widmark's cases being denied, you may want to read this two page ruling which sums up well why

I already reported in previous posts that both 995 motions filed by Brandon Widmark's attorney, Ms. Rebecca Linkous were denied. You can read the two page ruling by Judge Lawrence Killoran in one of the cases which is very succint. Judge Steven Steward heard the other 995 motion and he also denied the motion.

There were multiple hearings filed by Ms. Linkous on multiple issues and both 995 motions were heard on different days.

5/7: In CR2301419A/B for Brandon & Jesse Widmark, there was a hearing on a motion filed by the DA for disposition of property. Court ordered release of vehicles.
