The moment I saw Shawn Anthony Gallagher Jr's name on the calendar, I remembered reporting about his arrest in 2022.
Today, there was the first case management conference in Gallager's lawsuit against Brandon Widmark for negligence. Gallagher Jr is being represented by Los Angeles' Wilshire Law Firm. Another CMC scheduled for 8/23/24.
The law firm chances of collecting any $ from Widmark brothers is slim. Maybe they will add County and City of Eureka?
