One CBE lawsuit dismissed, 3 CBE lawsuits nothing happening but civil appeal filed in Eureka Housing for All lawsuit against City of Eureka

Out of four lawsuits filed by Citizens for a Better Eureka, one was dismissed after the Wiyot Tribe's motion was granted by Judge John Feeney. Nothing has happened in the other 3 cases for months since CBE withdrew request for the preliminary injunction. In the fifth lawsuit filed by Eureka Housing for All vs City of Eureka, the demurrer filed by City of Eureka was sustained without leave to amend by Judge Timothy Canning, the Humboldt Superior Court case was closed. On 3/20/24 civil appeal was filed. Security National never responded to my request about the status of the housing project on Indianola. It has been 13 days. EHA never bothered to inform media an appeal had been filed.
