Alleged molestor and upskirter Nick Martinez was previously represented by Conflict Counsel. Ms. Andrea Sullivan was just appointed in January 2024. This is a 2020 case. Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor.
Jury trial started last Tuesday. Individual jurors questioning ended 4/5 and jury selection continues on 4/8.
