Baila Nmn Wane was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 261(a)(2) forcible rape of a minor. The DA has charged him with an additional count.
Wane was arraigned on 4/19, is on a no bail status, Public Defender's office appointed. Preliminary hearing on 4/30. The DA charged Wane with Count 1 PC 261 (a) (3) rape of a victim inapable of consent due to intoxicating, anesthetic or controlled substance and Count 2 PC 261(a)(2) forcible rape of a minor.
