After his preliminary hearing yesterday, the 2023 case against Jack Rawson was dismissed. Judge Steven Steward did not find sufficient evidence to hold Rawson for the charge of felon in possession of a firearm.
Since he was arrested, I knew some information and had there been proper investigation before Rawson was arrested or even before charging him; all this could have been avoided. I am aware of Rawson's past. After years of not hearing about him; there is this arrest in 2023. Rawson must feel vindicated. Will he make a video?
Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal was the prosecutor. Deputy Public Defender David Celli was Rawson's attorney.
