On 4/25, homicide suspect Destinee Rhamy's case was on for trial confirmation and motion to compel discovery. The discovery motion was dropped from the calendar. The case file was not in court but jury trial was confirmed. Trial assignment is on 5/3; jury trial and motions in limine are scheduled for 5/6.
Rhamy is charged with the murder of her roomate Holland Elbik.
5/3: Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees subpoenaed record from St. Joe on 5/1. Deputy Public Defender David Nims' motion to continue granted. Witness Zach Hood has medical issues. 5/6 date vacated. Trial confirmation rescheduled for 7/29; jury trial 8/12.
