The 4/5/24 writ of mandate hearing in Gerald McGuire v. County of Humboldt was continued to 4/19. McGuire told Judge Timothy Canning he had not spoken with his attorney, Michael Acosta, "for some time."
When I checked e court today, it says the hearing says set in error but also lists the same date as an administrative hearing.
