CBE attorney sends letter about the Mixed Neighborhood Overlay Development stating "The staff report contains two inaccuracies that warrant the following comments"

 

I just received this and will see if City of Eureka attorney Autumn Luna or Assistant City Manager and City Clerk Pam Powell have any comment before tonight's Council meeting. If not, I asked when I could get a response. Ms. Powell responded,"Hi John, The letter was forwarded to Council.  I’m not the person to comment, but Council may address it this evening." I asked her to forward my request to the Councilmembers.

The related item on the Eureka City Council that this letter refers passed 4-1 with Councilmember Renee Contreras-DeLoach dissenting.
